- All orders are shipped from the Island of São Miguel, Azores.

- Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days after purchase.

We offer two shipping methods: Standard and Express. You can select your preferred method at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method below:

Standard Shipping:

  - Portugal: 2-3 business days

  - EU: 7-10 business days

  - U.S., Canada, and Rest of the World (ROW): 15-30 business days

Express Shipping:

  - EU (including Portugal): up to 7 business days

  - UK, U.S., Canada, and Rest of the World (ROW): up to 15 business days


4. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


5. International Shipping:

- We ship to most countries worldwide, excluding Russia, Belarus, and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These costs vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information.

- All orders are shipped as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning additional charges may apply upon arrival in your country.

All orders are shipped from the Azores with CTT (Standard Shipping) and DHL Express (Express Shipping) depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.
