Refund policy

For returns and exchanges, we accept goods of good quality within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The following conditions must be met to return or exchange goods: the goods must not have been used and must retain their original appearance.

To proceed with the exchange or return of a product, send photos of the product taken from all angles or a video to confirm the quality of the product. Packaging must exclusively be a hard-packing paper shipping box.

Please note: All shipments are made at the customer’s expense. If the quality of the headwear does not meet the required standards, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If the item is damaged during shipping, the exchange or return will not be confirmed, and the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Refunds are made to your account within 14 business days from the date of acceptance of the goods for return. Please note that original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.
